4 CHOCO-LICIOUS DESSERT IDEAS USING 100% ORGANIC & SUSTAINABLE EARTHASTIC CHOCOLATE BARS 🍫

Picture this: you’ve got a delicious, quality bar of 100% Organic & Sustainable chocolate. You want to savour every bite and make the most of the bar - not just wolf it down in one go (even though it’s so very tempting…)

The sweet tooth craving is a dangerous beast, not easily satiated and always wanting more. We’ve got some tempting tips to inspire your next delicious dessert that will leave you feeling happy, and completely satisfied!

1. THE HEAVENLY HAZELNUT & RAISIN CHOCOLATE MUFFIN

The fantastic thing about muffins is the chocolate chips. You can use the same muffin recipe and change the flavour every time with the creative addition of fruit or flavoured chocolate. Our 100% VEGAN Hazelnut and Raisin dark chocolate bar packs a powerful flavour. Break it into small pieces and stir through your favourite muffin recipe and you’ll get the crunch of hazelnut, the sweet bite of raisin and of course the delicious richness of dark chocolate.

Vegan? No worries, the chocolate already is! Just replace the regular ingredients with vegan-friendly ones and voila!

Pro tip: create a caramel ganache to pour over the muffin. When it solidifies it can hold decorations in place like nuts and a cheeky extra bit of chocolate! Add a sprinkle of sea salt to level up the flavour even more. It’s a no brainer!


2. THE CHOCOLATE ORANGE - BROWNIE - ICE CREAM TRIO

If you love puddings and haven’t tried microwave and ice cream combo - what rock have you been living under?!

This dessert is variable, but is created from 3 main things: Ice cream, something fudgy which you microwave, and chocolate. The fudgy part could be something like a brownie, fruit and nut bar, biscuit bar, fudgy chocolate bar or anything that is nice heated and melted. Then you add a couple of scoops of ice cream and break up some quality organic chocolate to sprinkle on top.

Our recommendation is to microwave a peanut date bar and add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream. The Earthastic Tangerine with Sunflower seeds dark chocolate bar is a delicious match with these flavours because the zingy citrus note cuts through the base flavours of peanut and vanilla perfectly. Vegan? Again, we got you fam! This chocolate already is. Just replace the regular ingredients with vegan-friendly ones and there you go!


3. THE FANTASTIC FIG & SESAME CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE BOWL

Dreaming of adventuring through the Indonesian islands? We’re sorry our chocolate bars don’t have magical powers YET, but this dessert idea will take you on your very own adventure through flavour!

Smoothie bowls are a perfect breakfast, snack or dessert on a warm day and they are so simple to make when you know how to! The foundations are frozen fruit, bananas and water or plant milk, then you can add whatever toppings you like (uhh chocolate, duh...).

Bali is home to dragonfruit, an iconic pinky-purple and bright fruit. It’s a perfect one for smoothie bowls if you can get your hands on it because of its attractive colour. Blend a cup each of frozen dragon fruit, frozen banana, frozen mango with ¼ cup of coconut milk to make the thick smoothie. Break up a bar of Earthastic Fig and Sesame milk chocolate bar as a topping. You can also add whatever else you might have in like coconut shavings and fresh kiwi!


4. THE SENSATIONAL SALTED CARAMEL AND HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

Undoubtedly the best kind of nuts to have as inclusions in your brownies are hazelnuts, and one of the most delicious flavours to have with chocolate is salted caramel. So what’s an easy way to get these flavours into a simple brownie recipe? Breaking our delicious Hazelnut and Salted caramel milk chocolate bar into chunks and adding them into brownies!
